Aun. These nabadoons useless. the govement is scared of clans and nabadoons there is two powers at work. If you arrest wrong person from clan their will be payback to even law enforcement. The government heavy handed with taxes they need to be just as heavy handed with law breakers and killers.

They no backtrack and get all these killers locked up and executed after trial .

The other issues is the peace process is corrupt. You have three options forgive killer, ask for blood money or the person to be killed. In past to keep peace blood money was exchanged. But these nabadoons get fat of process they book hotels, order food, and travel the family
with no dad now barely getting any of the money when process is done. No one forgives. So most logical process is to ask for execution if you not even gonna get blood money. This is when the other clan balks at this and will say you killed so and so last year and he was set free.l we not killing our guy. It’s never ending cycle if government doesn’t apply law equally

i used to hear rumours that clan elders actually enjoy these clan related killings because of the money they make from the blood money. It’s almost like business transaction for them.
