This is a very important development news. 85 kilometer paved road is being built between galkcyo to harfo as phase 1. Phase 2 will be Harfo to Birta Dheer. Phase 1 must be completed first before phase 2 begins. Phase 2 is important to me becuz my town birta dheer is apart of the road development phase 2. I urge the Omar Mahamouds not to screw this up and do the job properly with the allocated funds.
