Is it me or does every Somali elder carry the same facial expressions and body language.
We all know what a head tilt means depending on the angle and the speed and what it means when they close their eyes mid speech, what each hand expression means. Also the way he spat out ‘balayo!’. Lol I find it hard to explain but Somalis have these mannerism that exist regardless of what country we are in and it’s a language within its self. Just from a look we know what speech and actions will follow. This is my favourite thing about us!
