French soldiers warn of civil war in new letter!

There's loyalty if there's blood and pain involved in it.

I only have loyalty to my family (as a whole), my friends, and the soil that welcomed me.
I could've been an Eskimo, and still be proud of my family.

I don't have any loyalty to a country that wasn't built by my hands, nor with my ancestors' hands.
I don't have any loyalty to a country that betrayed my beliefs, with a system rigged, so much so that I hate it.

Loyalty to "roots" is plain stupid, as most Somalis and I don't have anything between us.
We don't share the same religion, nor the same values, nor the same views.
Ethnic loyalty is for those who believe in it.

I respect that you still believe in Somalis (as an ethnic group/community),
but that isn't my case.
If someone was to fight my blood, I'd retaliate.
But if someone insults the Somalis, I wouldn't care.

Did the Somalis help me when I was struggling as a refugee?
Were they when my family back home got stolen from their lands by IOG?
Were the Somalis there when we needed their help?

In Djibouti, I learned that there's no such thing as ethnic solidarity.
Everyone to their own, and my family is above any ethnic affiliation.
Okay, I wish you well anyhow. However, don't talk about deporting innocent immigrants and Muslims when you yourself are one. If you don't consider yourself Somali or Muslim that's your decision but don't condemn people who identify themselves as such.
