I found a place in northern Somalia that doesn't have a city for 60+ miles. My reer is Waqi, just so you know. The land parcel I want is about 3,000 acres. There’s nothing particularly special about the land. My question is: how could I get this land for free, or how much would I have to pay?

Three thousand acres isn’t actually that large it’s only about ten miles around. I believe the Somali diaspora could build small towns across similar-sized plots, strategically connecting major cities. Over time, these linked communities could grow into one large, interconnected mega city.

I definitely agree with both of y'all that xoola rights and feel jiraha right come before anyone who wants to close off land just to themselves. I would also add that diaspora right need to be taken alot more seriously for land ownership. Because the more Somali diaspora comes back the more money the wadanka could make
