Fought the Director of my Nursing Program :0

I'm not gonna get into details, but the director of my nursing program, my academic coach, and my uni's support team tried to do me dirty. I was busy dealing with emails, calls, gathering evidence, taking screenshots, and recording my phone calls with them. We are having a fight, and it isn't about something that is black or white. It a grey area subject. I can't say the subject for privacy reasons. I'm still in a stand still with them, but so far victory seems to be overhead (inshallah) :lolbron: Inshallah, I'll know if I win for sure in two weeks. I feel like I'm currently winning but If i take one wrong move, it might result me in losing.

That's besides the point. I was so ferocious in dealing with all 3 of them :drakelaugh: I'm usually so timid with authority due to fear of them purposely trying to fail/ harass me out the nursing program. Since this was a situation where they are trying to blatantly do me dirty and it is my last semester, I totally lost it. :dead::dead: I lit a raging fire under their asses and now they are trying to smooth shit over. :stopit: However, I know how devious these three are:farole:They don't actually want to smooth shit over, they just want my guard to go down, make me feel safe enough not to continue collecting evidence of their wrong doing. :gaasdrink: They plan on getting me when my guard is lowered and kick me out or have me pay a huge fee ($4000). I personally think it's the latter cuz the uni is starved for money these days, and they are fining students for the smallest shit instead of kicking them out like they used to.:faysalwtf: I finish my courses in 2 weeks, so until then I gotta stand on my tipy-toes :samwelcome: I'm very proud of myself for standing up to these thieves, I never knew I was a b!tch looooooool! :hemad::hemad:

They tell you either as a courtesy or because where you live requires an
all-party consent (both people have to agree to it).

I'm assuming you're in the states. See link and check if your state is all-party or one-party (just you giving consent required)

There are some details missing, but well done for standing up for yourself. Atta lass. Do not forget to be pragmatic in your dealings, and diplomatic in your negotiations, esp. in earlier years of your career, or studies. After all, you have got more at stake than they do.

As @AbdiFreedom suggested, always document your interactions with people at work, even if just taking notes at the time.

Legally, recording only applies to telephone conversations.

I left out the details cuz the situation was pretty unique. If I said it, I think i would be easily identified since word always gets around. I decided to do a bit of a summary instead. :samwelcome:

Understood, yet not knowing all the facts makes any suggestions prejudicial, if one-sided. What if you were a complete nightmare in your dealings, yet convinced being in the right? And we clap for you, that would be deadly, would not it?

loooooool! :pachah1:I promise you I didn't scream, curse, or raise my voice. I didn't lose my manners cuz then this would make me look like the "angry black woman" and no one will take me seriously. Also I didn't want to look like an ass, since the convo was being recorded. :gaasdrink:
