It's true, all Somaliland election is 'staged' and 'crap' and they write fake numbers. PL should go inspect their electricity and find out the 'capacity' we can work out how many homes it can power. Go to their registered schools and 90% are 'ghost students' non existent and their collecting donor money on it so some individuals get rich.

The truth is PL declared democracy in 1998 in it's charter and it was to be implemented in 2001 but didn't happen due to the civil war that the TNG Ina Salad govt caused.
Go google PL charter 1998, it's on there that PL was to become democratic in 2001. Even SSDF founded in 78 was 'DEMOCRATIC' a counter to the 'Dictatorship' of Siyad Barre, it's even in their name 'Democratic Front'.
