He’s a free man even if he would be convicted. It would bar him from ever running for office tho
The New York State Attorney is going after him hard, for tax fraud with his organization. America is federal and state. There won’t be federal charges on him since he’s a former president and the federal courts won’t touch him. But in the individual states its different cause all it takes is the state attorney looking at you. He’s definitely fucked and it’s a hefty jail sentence. But I don’t think he’ll ever see jail. Americans don’t like putting former presidents in jail.

Make American politics boring again. It was a bad idea for the allegedly liberal media to correct him and sometimes possibly misrepresent him on every tweet.
They lost credibility by focussing on his typos in "covfefe" tweets and his incendiary language
