Yes, he is. He's been a long advocate for the division of Somalia. If he were to get elected in the last election in Kenya, he'd promised to recognize Somaliland as a separate nation. I hope other African nations oppose him.

The entire team at FOBA are thrilled to have Kheyre’s backing. They literally need his expertise and support.
Again, the competition is only for East Africans and as at now...no any other candidate from East Africa apart from Raila and the Somali lady are competing.
The Somali lady will drop unfortunately as the entire EAC is backing Raila. No one needs HSM. He will go where the money is as usual
