Yes. Somalia is held back by its leaders. Somalia has the resources to become a stable but the government doesn't care about the people or development, as long as their pocket is full they don't got any problems with the stuff that's going on.

Also the people are retarded, They will support a man as long as he is the same clan as them even if the man happens to be a warlord. Government can't be a thing without the support of the people.

There is no hope for Somalia as long as there is people who worshipping leaders.
