Former FGS MP from Somaliland found dead in hotel room

URGENT:- A former MP from Somaliland was found dead again today in Mogadishu.

Ahmed Adan, who was a member of the former parliament of Somalia, was found dead today in the Mogadishu hotel where he was staying, located in the Hamar district.

The body of the deceased was with a girl/woman and was arrested at the police station in Hamarweyye district. The woman said he had consume Khat and pills.

He is the second person from the Northern region of Somalia and his body was found in his place of residence. Somaliland has said that its people are being targeted.
