All Sub Saharan African cities have problems. Mogadishu has slums and Hargeisa have charcoal dust covering streets.

Mogadishu does have refugee camps but the inner city still looks good like xamar Wayne shingani Abdulaziz degmada hodan etc and the beach looks good as well
