Rare but with the increase in somali SJW and activists you will see this topic get abused to try to score points. It is no where near the amount as to the south asian community or the arab community. Id say madows in total and somalis are on the opposite and don't practice this method

sometimes the arranged marriage is just forced marriage without physical force. the parents will tell their children to choose either duco or habaar. duco if you marry them or habaar if you don't. that basically forces a lot of people who don't want to be perceived as "caasi waalideyn".
