Many people are questioning why they issues a response to a BBC map but didn't comment on any of this:

Somalia lacks a competent or cooperative central authority for issuing passports or civil documents and it does not have appropriate screening and vetting measures.

Somalia stands apart from other countries in the degree to which its government lacks command and control of its territory, which greatly limits the effectiveness of its national capabilities in a variety of respects.

I know the Moryans in Hamar hate Isaaq about sensationalising Wanlawayn incident as all moryans in all clans started to see hawiye as an armed minority in a sea of UN armed majority back then. Alot of their animosity comes from that originating incident which has instigated new trends to develop from it and harming hawiyenimo glory.

Travel Ban for 4 years isn't a long term solution, they need to fix work visa issue of skilled Labor taking American jobs till then, deflecting on irrelevant travel bans with a people who are outside the nation state model is irrelevant, they have different edge to the ordered world and ordered world shud deal with its sphere and disordered world shud deal with its own and have some intermediatry as our minds are conditioned vastly different and our meetings will not produce anything fruitful in their interest nor are ours.
