Fixing sleep schedule?

Fallen into the bad habit of having a sleep schedule that consists of me going to bed at unruly hours. Then complaining when my alarm goes off hours later and I'm once again functioning like a zombie. Anyone know how to fix this shit without pulling an all nighter and feeling like death the very next day?

I too have that issue. I’ve been constantly sleeping at 1am, despite having an early morning start. I need to fix up, or it’s going to cause health issues and I have a lot of things I need to do. I’m a busy woman and running on 5hrs sleep isn’t cutting it. My schedule and planning is all over the place recently. I need to go to the gym after work, but because of my bad sleeping habits, I’m going to have to miss it yet again as I have 0 energy and simply want to rest after work.

My sleep schedule has been fucked since March 11 2020. I don’t think I’ll ever recover and go back to my old sleeping habit. Luckily I’m a man who needs little sleep to function

I assume its because of your smartphone or internet consumption, which are the main reason for sleep deprivation these days.

Stay awake for for 20 hrs straight, and start a new pattern. Keep same sleep routing. U r getting old, don't make your body work twice as hard huuno

I suffer from this as well. does doing an all nighter and staying up the next day and then sleeping around 10 pm work? might try this

Dontt use devices 3 hours before bed, dont turn on any light in ur house 3 hours before bed, be in complete darkness for 3 hours, dont eat before bed, dont talk to anyone before bed, be relaxed, try to not worry about anything before bed, exercise during the day, do not nap after 12pm

I've been sleeping 5 hours for a long time now and you've made me shook now

I slept like 45minutes today and it feels like my head is about to burst open. I've been able to deal with it today tho

Miss one day of sleep.

But I can’t do it again cos I fucked up my schedule within days of fixing it unfortunately

Stay up for more than 12 hours and take 3 shots of zzquil at night. Do mentally and physically engaging things during the day
