It takes years to set an oil rig, HSM is taking the piss by promising drilling to start soon.

HSM has been saying since 2011 that Al-Shabaab would be defeated in weeks.

He's made millions in that time I guess. I guess this will help make a few more millions. The real money making is happening right now with the land sales. This is the distraction.
