Some of the Benadiri who have been genetically tested typically show (30-50 %} Somali DNA. The rest is normally West or South Asian, with some Bantu . That girl probably has some substantial Cushitic Somali DNA. @Amun - correct me if I am wrong .


You have to remember that the Brava settled in Somali territory hundreds of years before the Somali Bantu and lived side by side with the Cushitic Somali Tunni clan .
