Other than few hotel bariis munchers nobody from the south can lift a finger to do a real support for Somaliland. The Dir surre in mudug and galgadud are closest and are divided between some who support puntland to keep hg from expanding to their enclaves and some who are part of galmudug but whose biggest enemy is hg and had a recent major fight where hg wanted to take some town called Barwaaqo. It's obvious to all by now that both Daroods and Hawiyes will get their 3rd Federal states for Daroods it's Khatumo state and for Hawiye it's Banshabelle state.
This visit is about the creation of SSC State, both Dhulbahante and HGs are in Mogadishu to discuss powersharing for the incoming new Northern state.
The only losers here will be Somaliland which will be divided into an small clan fiefdom, looks like Isaaqs have lost all trust with the Hawiyes and their Irir cards in Mogadishu after their countless years of wanton attacks on Reer Mogadishu.

Just Banaadir state is fine. LS and MS for the most part of history were always a part of the greater banaadir coast which stretched from Kismayo to MareegI propose Banshabdameer state.
Banaadir coast was always from Hobyo/Ceelhuur(seen sources on both) to Goobweyn. Aka Dabqaad region, similar dhaqan and taariikh for the past millenia.
But yes Banaadir state is much better.
The initial SSC only consisted of Dhulbahante, Fiqishin and warsangeli with fiqishini and Dhulbahante being the main drivers of the cause and starting the fight for the state together. But in the event the state is to be built
SSC INCLUDES these clans:
Dhulbahante
Habarjeclo
Habaryonis
Warsangeli
& Fiqishini
because SSC in federal terms is Sool iyo Sanaag there is no Cayn.
However, power sharing is another issue will it be based on people or halgan? if it is people then Dblock and isaaq would major the state with Dblock getting head and isaaq Ku xigeen but if it is Halgan Dblock will get head and fiqishini ku xigeen.
