Natural resources does not equal wealth. The Congo is also very rich in natural resources but it is one of the worst places on the planet.

Policies, institutions, people create wealth, not natural resources. South Somalia and Somaliland have low human capital.

Could you tell me on what basis Konfur and SL is richer than PL then(taking into account that both have a much larger population)? The unemployment level is lowest in PL, poverty is lowest in PL, the highest GDP per capital in PL, lowest inequality.

GDP per capita is literally the only thing that matters. The overall size of the economy means very little. Indonesia has a population of 250 million and a gdp of $900 billion, meanwhile the Netherlands has a population of 16 million and a gdp of $900 billion. Going by your metric these two countries are equally rich, but that is stupid. The Netherlands is very rich while Indonesia is very poor.
