Hassan Gurguurte and his govt made a serious blunder. When Dr Cilmi hopefully makes it out of Mogadishu, we should expect him to make a damning report to the international financial institutions and to the public. Debt Relief will be suspended unless a miracle happens for this government.

Second, this govt can no longer blame President Deni for their lack of progress with the debt relief. They're killing it with the serious mistakes they are making. In November 2023, the arms and sanctions committee will also make the annual report to the UNSC. Corruptions and financial irregularities are usually a big part of their report.
