This is massive! Once we bring in national IDs inshallah soon this and the requirement for everyone to be licensed we can easily track any criminals or those calobaritng with Shabaab. We can also crack down on the black market and tax every citizen

Goverment should increase the daily limit. Somalia is becoming a cashless society especially Muqdisho. $300 is too low
