Any constitution discussion will be done by Abdiqawi from the International court who has the necessary experience and trust by international community will be asked to review it to see if the constitution compliments Somali on ground realities not work against it.

The HAGS want to eat their cake both ways they want all the benefits of having the capital yet none of the responsibility. If they want to be a regional govt like hs or gm they must also cede the federal capital role as you can't merge what is essentially a federal capital for all member states and then play gobol, qabil, or tuulo politics.

The federal capital represents all Somali name not just hawiye and if they can't come to terms with that, they should just say so and let Somali come together iyaga halo tashto ileen magaca somaliyeed iyagu Malahan Iyo Marti kama nihin.

No darod even cares for hawiye LAND in GM or HS since it's regional, but Mogadishu wants to centralise the Somali NAME and capital and suck on all the benefits while trying to spread out its losses onto darod.

You frequently mention that every respectable Hawiye in politics has always had a significant connection to Majeerteen whether that be wife, reer Abti, etc. But you have never list it, could you do that (at least the prominent ones so Aden Adde, Abdullahi Isse are the most important, if you know of others than be my guest). This is one of the most interesting takes I've ever heard because it really does make sense, having a connection to Majeerteen, the mother of politics in Somalia, essentially nullifies the Mooryaanimo (genuinely for a lack of better word) within politics that is too often seen by Hawiye unfortunately (I actually don't even have animosity towards HAGs, they just simply lack goals & ambition, they are rebels without a cause, even British Protectorate have a goal, albeit a delusional and deceitful one).

But should PL have divested from Xamar, it just gives them this facade of legitimacy and establishment given they have a stronghold on the capital.
