I agree, the federal Konfurta somaliyeed government is very fragile because it failed to priories with regards to national security. In addtion, millions of dollars was spent on training and equipping security forces which was an investment with regards to combating terrorism. However. the missed placed Priorities was that the FGS engaged in dysfunctional relationships with regards to it's states rather than keeping it's citizens safe.
