2021 budget was $671 million. The actual budget book for 2021 I couldn't find on the gov site as it may have been removed but all news source outlets have shared this figure from last year.
This means the budget went only up by $28 million which is around 4% and not 49%.

According to the 2022 budget book, itself budget is $716,863,974 and only $246,988,708 is raised from domestic revenue.
This means only 34.5% of the budget is from local revenue.

Remember my friend, the donor community withheld much of their funding this year due to the election fiasco.We need to see an end of year budget spent this year.I wonder how the chaos at the moment will harm Somalia's debt relief goals as surely if TAX revenue is expected to go down in 2022 then that means the government is going backwards and destroying any progress made so far
