I love chunking express : wong kar wai and your name and ghost world, tbh i dont have a particular fav genre - but i like a mix of things like thriller and mystery or romance and comedy etc

akira kurosawa's master piece "Ran". Which retells Shakespeare's king Lear but in a samurai style. It's beautiful, the colors are vibrant and the battle scenes are perfect. It might be one of the greatest movies ever made. I also like Kingdom of Heaven, it's one of the few films that depicts Muslims as noble soldiers and Saladin is perfectly cast.

Ran is a Great movie. Personally my favorite Kurosawa movie is high and low. It's great

Great pick. Honestly Kurosawa is one of those one in a lifetime story tellers.
