Could this be done in dry regions? Not complete desert sand but ones that are infertile
It'll take a lot since you'd need greenhouses for delicate vegetables. However, if we grow hardy vegetables like carrots, beetroot and parsnips then it could work. The issue is our bread basket is occupied by those psychopaths, so we can't exploit it.
