His incompetence and mishandling of this situation has shown us and our intl partners that our institutions need to be better and more prepared to handle any single man coming in and bending the rules in his favor. Next president should definetly let the mamuls lead development and solely focus on uniting all the fighting forces in the country (not building we have had enough of that). the opposition will unite against farmaajo but they will quickly turn against each other once farmaajo is gone. It is well known that hating one guy isn't a good strategy to unite. In 1991 everyone in Somalia was united in hating Siad, and things didn't work out well
