The bastard sneaked in one clause though for 'gedo', he said each federal state has to hold elections in two state capitals, that is a blow to JL and Madoobe since the SFG is in GEDO, this means the SFG will manage Gedo portion of JL parliament share, while Madoobe walked away with Lower Juba/Middle Juba constitutency and he will hold those in Kismaayo.
The idea he 'tanasuled' from one man one vote is nonsense, he was using that as 'leverage' on the states even though it was never possible or realistic, he just pulled it out from thin air and made it appear realistic idea lol. For that he got gedo autonomy I guess.

The parliament is based on regions and 4.5. There is nothing to discuss about anymore. Whatever game Farmajo is playing is panning out and slowly slowly, we shall see if he becomes a Julius Ceaser or just another one. He knows that the current candidates are not coming back and for the so called "Darood" card, he is the only one there. So for now, his plan is working out fine. And if parliment denies? He wins again. Win Win at all times.
You clearly don't see PL/JL saying they 'tanasuled', they got in all their nasty clauses to ensure the new parliament committee is managed by federal states and their mp's in lower/upper house are in their control, same goes for GM/HS/SWS even tho farmajo might interfere in their process and combine it with his 'sade controlled portion thru gedo' trying to be a typical kastumo somaliyeed, we will see how it pans out but at this stage we see no victory for sade hero. He kept 'madasha and sharif sakin' down though, which is interesting because they are very anti farmajo.
So it's still not predictable because hawiye-rahanwayn votes are never predictable, they are not based on long term politics, but short term gains(like contracts, bribes or positions) so u might be able to control them in their parliamentary process but not JL/PL forget it, they are long term political players who don't flip flop and predictable on their siyasad no matter if u agree or not but u know it's stable and predictable politics.
That's why their politicians are taken more serious then other regional states who can be switched around easily which is a fact cuz they don't have any long term political agenda hawiye clans which hasn't changed since the 90s, they are still playing 'reactionary' politics basically they wait till u make a move and react or else they will just sit there state less lol. So farmajo needs to make a move on them quickly, he needs to know that by now or he isn't a politician if he thinks hawiye will make a move

@Calaf it's critical for farmajo to ensure he is involved in the parliamentary process of the baby states or else his screwed, he will need to bribe their elders, sell contracts to influential business people of their clan so they can ensure the GM/HS/SWS mp's are pro nabad n noolal, with the govt coffers at farmajo hand and a 'hg sacad moryan' as prime minister, you definitely can get him to return to his moryan roots. @Calaf this is my advice to beesha sade about their politics, and it's genuine advice not to steer u towards PL/JL views, we already did that with farmajo who clearly conceded defeat in this talks but to help guide beesha sade for 'round two' which is the elections, what u do now and in between the elections is going to determine farmajo fate.

The solution to this is to break up baadhaadhe into two districts, and make dhooblay and qooqaani into districts as well. plus kismaayo and jamaame and afmawoow, that's 7 from lower juba alone, and 4 from middle jubba. This will be the next thing we pursue.
If u read the agreement carefully it says regional capitals, so his clearly meaning in each member state they have to hold the SFG 2021 parliamentarians in two regions and he said their 'capitals' also. So for example Juba Hose will obviously be held in Kismayo and u can sneak in Juba Dhexe since the agreement says '2 capitals of two regions not three'.
So u defintely got juba dhexe/lower juba secured, it's that gedo prick who escaped who will argue the capital of garbaharey is in the SFG control so they will run the process, u should respond the SFG senators must be allocated to JL not the SFG to determine since the senate is regional sharing not 4.5 power sharing. Who knows maybe it's to late if the parliament sign it but u may have lost the 'sade constituency' with that agreement. Unless Madoobe can pull of a miracle and secure the capital of juba dhexe which is buale, forget it, if he does, wallahi ppl will be yelling madoobe is the best siyasi in Somalia, he can then tell sade f*ck u c*nt, the two capitals will be buale n kismayo and gedo will have to tanasul.
