http://rishida.net/scripts/fontlist/#osmanya

How to find it:

1. Windows Setting - > Time and Language - > Region and Language -> Click on "Add Languages" -> Search "Somali" or "Osmanya" -> Click on the Script

Or

2. Control Panel -> Clock, Language, and Region -> Language -> Add languages -> Search "Somali" or "Osmanya"

And now you should be able to use Far Soomaali instantly.

Make sure to switch to the script by holding the Windows button and keep on tapping the space button until it highlights "Somali (Osmanya)".

Or

You can click on the language tab located on the bottom right screen and click on "Somali (Osmanya)"

Here is the Somali keyboard layout for Windows
[Link]

Far Soomaali's placement of consonants and vowels on the Keyboard corresponds with the
English Keyboard layout (QWERTY) that we are used to.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/QWERTY

...with the following exceptions.

Shiin (sh) = Shift + S
Kha (kh) = Shift + K
Dha (dh) = Shift + D

Long Vowels =
aa = Shift + A
ee = Shift + E
oo = Shift + O

Note: There are no letters ascribed to "V" and "P"

Also here's a PDF file of a Book Called "Afkeenna iyo Fartiisa" made in Xamar, 1971
which helps you in familiarizing yourself with the Far Soomaali Script.
