I don’t think there’s any hadith which states one has to be killed if he calls the Prophet ﷺ black, that was just an opinion of a individual scholar in a fiqh manual. What is clear though is one who slanders and insults the Prophet ﷺ would be executed with the death penalty according to most scholars.
