If its on mainstream media, don't believe it
Both of those things are detrimental to a persons iman but if I had to choose I’d say wealth. I would be as charitable as I possibly can tho like pay for young ppl that cant afford to get married as well as pay for poor ppl to do hajj etc

Fair point. But with fame you would have a lot of influence I would've presumed. There's lot of rich people.. They don't have the influence that these celebs or hysterical renown individuals have.

Also look at the prophet he was not wealthy. But he's legacy and fame has influenced billions all over the world.

The prophet had real political power with the backing of real powerful people from all walks of life. And that situation is extreemly special, because it does not happen in the normal general sense. But the problem with fame is, the power lies in the eyes of the beholder, opinion changes very fast. Look at kevin spacey, or Bil cosby, they where famous people but as soon as their real behavior was exposed, their fame turned against them. Money can influence, politics, money can buy peoples loyalty, money can actually if usd right, control the world. And i also think we have to define famous, because if politicians are classified as famous people, then it can be argued the some fame holds signifiacnt "true" power.

Fame is a form of fluid power that is not confined to a boundary and thus very hard to maintain and control. So it is very difficult to compare something emprical like the value of money to it. Between those two i would chose money 100-0

Money! with it you can do everything in the shadows and own the whole country without ppl ever knowing you own them as slaves. With fame you will have lots of ppl putting an eye on you and watching your every move whilst being critical of everything you do. You won't get much sleep and paparazzi will never let you have privacy even in your own residence.

Lol I was thinking what about the people who are in love with precisely what you described. Some people love the attention but I guess it's something to do with their personality
