Who exactly are we supposed to look out for? Everyone born in that shithole has given up on being a Somali. At the end of the day, you won't care about anyone being tortured anywhere because they aren't your relatives. Deep down, everyone is looking out for those dear to them. I might be wrong in making that generalization, but it's mostly true for a lot of people. I will need clear evidence of who exactly identifies as Somali and what it exactly means to them. Everyone wants help, but no one is paying back by reinvesting into their shithole. I knew a fella that tahriibed twice and he died the third time.
