When do you think he’ll begin that process? I think he’ll attempt it in his 2/3rd year when he’s in a stronger position with new leadership in all the states. Also probably focus on building a proper Banadir administration from the ground up and maybe the first place that elects all it’s representation.

Tbh the sooner the better, imo he should do it before his 3rd year, that way he can groom Banaadir state before elections and has time to address potential problems. Proper Banaadir representation free of FGS meddling will create insane amount of stability in Xamar and business sector loves stability.
