Why can‘t you write like this all the time

He uses GPT to clean up his writing. I can tell because GPT loves to use the long dash (—). I also generally recognize the writing style. I've used it recently myself to just polish up long paragraphs and blocks of text I don't have the time to pretty up due to being busy with my day job.

In all seriousness, although I'd like for the Abyssinian diaspora to mingle within itself, people should be able to marry whomever they want to marry, whether that is an Amhara from Gondar or an African American from D.C., as to why this has become normalised I'd say part of it is the image Ethiopia has made for itself on the world stage.

Ethiopia was the only African country to successfully fight off colonialism, had one of the longest-reigning monarchies in history and has an ancient Christian heritage which made it idealised by black folk around the world as a contradiction to the colonial Western belief in the inability of black people to create anything of value and their innate inferiority to white people.
The Rastafari movement made this image of Ethiopia even more widespread as Jamaicans worshipped Haile Selassie and donned the colours of our flag turning them into global symbols of African pride and unity.

And now today Addis Abeba is the capital of the African Union, most African flags are red, yellow and green and every Jamaican I meet calls me their brother when I tell them I'm from "the promised land" of Ethiopia.
