Do some of you realise that if Ethiopia becomes centralized again somalis will be rulled by amharas like during Haile selessie's reign.

I hate to say it but the best thing would probably be for Ethiopia to balkanize. Though it should happen slowly and amicably. Abowe, if those niggas have a civil war on the scale of '91 we're done. They are over 100 million strong now. If a population like that disarrays and has massive displacements going on and they start making for the countries surrounding them the country right next door with a massive coastline that can send them abroad will be their first stop and we will be population replaced in no-time.

True sxb. Also i doubt these people would go to somalia where there are no institutions. Best case scenario is that they got to neighbouring countries and galbeed and somalia expel any coming our way. We need a system where we can identify who is oromo and who isnt. If that happened it doesnt matter how many came through they can be sent back. These people look somali as well so they can easily blend in which is a problem. there wouldnt be an issue if we couldnt tell they werent somali. that would just mean they assimilated and would see themselves as somali in about the next 3 generations. the problem is they look somali from a distance while everyone close to them knows they're not so the average person isnt noticing how much of them are arriving

There is such a system. It's Abtirsi. They can claim Somali clan origins all they want but producing an actual convincing Abtirsi and a list of local clan relations is another matter entirely and most sheegads get caught with this.
