Ethiopia Vs Sudan Conflict

PM of Sudan confirmed Ethiopian militia killed 4 Sudanese soldiers and injured 12 in Fashaga.

Seems like Abiy wants Ethiopia to get sanctioned.

Why don't Sudan arm their farmers as Ethiopia does theirs?
Russia, Egypt, and the Sudanese military are now providing them with weapons for self defense.

Nowadays in Sudan guns are just used to kill crocodiles (not rob people like Amhara peasants do), so only farmers in the Northern region living along the Nile own guns.

They were ambushed, it wasn't a proper fight. Just wait and see, Amhara thugs will get their karma just like the TPLF.

Just few days ago most of you here were telling us that Sudanese forces have entered Ethiopian controlled territory. Now when the Amhara militias (not even the proper Liyu or army) fights back, all of a sudden it is aggression from Amhara. No matter where the border may lay, the current border skirmish was started by the Sudanese side because they thought the Ethiopians are now weak due to the war in Tigray. Now the war has ended and the militias are going back home and started to reclaim what they thought the Sudanese unfairly took over during their departure. Sudan and Ethiopia federal governments must resolve this border skirmish that has been on and off for decades now.

Not everyone on this forum is the same person. I was aware that the land is 100% Sudanese but with Amhara bandits terrorizing the area.

Started by the Sudanese side how? For protecting Sudanese farmers on Sudanese land? You're literally defending an ambush but that's not surprising considering how you celebrated the genocide of Tigray people and now you're thirsting to see massacres in Gumuz. FYI the Ethiopian military is working side by side with Amhara bandits, the Sudanese PM confirmed this.

Don't worry, after this no one in Sudan will want anything to do with Abiy or the current Ethiopian government so there's nothing to resolve.

btw kjetil was the trusted and only journalist overseeing the *not rigged* tplf elections during september this year

BLKPINK

can't talk rn, doing hot girl sh*t
If Trump wins, who knows what would happen next. Trump might even green-light Egypt to offer help to the Tigray Region, and Sudan would be obliged to offer a corridor. Sudan is now a puppet of the US. Afwerki's plans would evaporate quickly. There are no Putins or Erdogans in the Horn.
well thank god he didnt win

Trump lost but you're still right :stressed:

Moderators, I think we should discuss the Ethio-Sudan border skirmish in another thread. This is a thread dedicated only for the death ✓ and funeral ceremony of the TPLF :ftw9nwa:

The Ethio-Sudan border skirmish which is a decades long and is mostly fought out by local militias is a well known minor skirmish and not a breaking news. Both governments know that and both are mature enough not to escalate the situation into a full scale war, in case some of you here are fantasizing.

We should make a funeral ceremony for Abiy next...

Please use this thread to discuss all matters relating to what is happening at the border between Sudan/ Ethiopia.

I do beleive it wouldnt escalate into full out war.

So we will use this thread to update us on what happens as day goes by.

Nah, Abiy is here to stay at least the next two terms (10 years) by hook or by crook. You need to get used to the new sheriff in town!

Enjoy today's Mekele University graduation ceremony and the new interim administrator of Tigray speaking to the students :ftw9nwa:
