I urge Deni advises ethiopia they have not pressured or done anything to SL who has been a nuisance in the region with it's support of shabab, haka tanasulin runta. Advise them the clan militias cannot be stopped by him since it's a 'masiiri' issue to keep somalia united. Advise him the founding of SL was violent, we don't expect they will be productive members of region or world, in-fact they already stoking china with 'taiwan', they will continue to cause 'rife' to hide their internal failings n violent roots.

Finally tell him the SSC issue will not settle untill 1 of two things happen.

1. SL declares it's not seceding and a new deal is struck with the SFG
2. Even if it doesn't secede, it's the will of SSC ppl if it will join a new federal region of the north or not. Which I doubt due to the violence now

Ethiopia must be cautious not to over-ride people will, you cannot hold an administration thru violence, anything built with violence only leads to violent downfalls, or if it doesn't fall they will spread violence regionally/worldwide like we see with those type of admins.

Somaliland is most stable and advanced state today with puntland right on there heals

PL was found peacefully not violently, u don't see the fundamental 'flaws' but wise leaders will. Anything found violent falls to violent is the trend globally or they support violence in the region being a nuisance, all symptoms are observed in SL(shabab, taiwan,etc), so wat u expect when they get recognized? it's another north korea-iran-eritrea, as they share the same 'violent' foundings. That's if they avoid internal turmoil like happened to South Sudan, and everyone knows the 'isaaq r not reconciled'

Infact the cost of such thing and running costs while it sits 'absent' not producing a damn thing is a huge loss, plus the diaspora 'inflated value' will ease as no next generation will come to keep it going, plus it's not valued against infrastructure which is absent. Public infrastructure should it be private or public owned is big debate raging. Private owners means it will lead to quality due to investor interests for profits. But it can also lead to 'tycoons' developing who will use those funds to buy out everything in the market, this will lead to brain drain eventually as the market isn't diverse and different business strategies cannot be observed, it will lead to less competition, etc, it may even lead to the tycoon being stronger then the government. How the 'private shares' r distributed can stop this(requiring govt input to ensure no tycoon can develop) or having a 'govt stake' so the private investors r given their returns based on 'time period' not 'forever arrangement' and the govt re-owns it after the time period.

When it needs more capital, it can do another round of public/private partnership and repeat the same distribution method to private investors. This is in all investor interest not '1' tycoon emerges as they will all be bought out too, so govt needs to becareful it doesn't create a monster in the future that will use the govt as it's 'playground' for it's interest only while the market loses diversity n competition n eventual brain drain as only 1 or small group of tycoons n his methods r being used.

The govt should ensure any arrangement with investors will lead to them being 'top power' only thru it's 'taxes' on everything, they can allow a business environment to benefit but not emerge more powerful then other investors or god forbid the state, as centralizing the investor class can lead to dangerous outcome like centralizing politics. PL knows the dangers of centralizing politics, it will know centralizing business power is the same outcome.
