Ethiopia arrests 63 mostly TPLF Generals and Officials

36 were accused of torture and other human rights abuses and the rest are arrested on suspicion of corruption. The arrest includes top TPLF generals.

May be but in Ethiopia it is all about the institutions. Those who control the institutions control the country. Currently most TPLF officials were removed from the top Military leadership, the intelligence and the judiciary. So it has become easier for PM Abiy to chase for the old TPLF criminals and corrupt officials.

This is one of the TPLF Generals who was arrested today while trying to flee to Sudan.
