I believe Ethiopia has a National army of 300k right now I don’t think Tigray have public numbers as to how much they can field but I doubt it would ever match that. The funds are all held by the government so they have a clear win in terms of money, infrastructure is the only win for Tigray. They would likely never fight its not in eithers interest.
