Basically Amb. Dina Mufti the Ethiopian Foreign Ministry spokesman said Eritreans don't celebrate their country's independence..... something along those lines

Eritreans better watch out or they will be a province of Ethiopia again. However Isaiah was the leader of the independence struggle so I don't think he will rejoin Ethiopia.

I agree but regarding Isaias when he visited Addis in 2018 after two decades away he said to Abiy you are our leader and that both Eritreans and Ethiopians are one people. What if Isaias was promised he could be the ruler of BOTH Eritrea and Ethiopia if they reunited
