Can Ethiopia afford another war?

Yh i saw the clashreport video about Ethiopia. Its actually insane. I remember watching some analyst say Ethiopia would try something before the end of fhe year but I didnt take it too seriously. I think he wants to distract from the internal problems by initiating this war. He probably also has some misguided idea that by taking assab he'll fix Ethiopia's economy.
