I like how it has a nice little greenery space, reminds me of hyde park or central park in new york. Plus there is alot of farm land in that town. It's gorgeous. Ma arag magaalo lamid ah in Puntland, maybe 'EYL' comes the closest but it's nowhere near it. Erigavo for Capital, just do a tanasul guys.

1. Nice weather and genuinely historically great people who welcome clans to reside in the name of somalinimo

2. In-land and not located at the sea so it can't be destroyed by another nation or through tsunamis, hurricanes, etc

3. Security wise perfect, PL on one side and SL on the other side of it, which balances it rather then other capital cities in Somalia with 'one clan reer miyi' surrounding it like 'vikings' and everyone feeling hostage. For example, it can be access thru puntland from mudug-nugal-bari in-case of a war or from somaliland side also all the way to awdal.

4. Finally this seals the deal for them. They created peace and ppl live peacefully inside the town, no weapons, no assasinations, no nothing in erigavo and this speaks of clan elders quality in comparison to Somalia.

5. Historically the ancient greece of Somalia and all Somali history is there.

The only capital city that is based on 'merit' and not 'tribal politics' waa hadi wax la garanayo hadi kale waa qabiil jeclaysi weeye in hamar casimad si ahaato.
