im legit doing everything i can to change that for me and my future generations , i also do admit its difficult aspiring for more when your surrounded by people who are ok with little , i make dua we can both accomplish our goals and change that ,
even studying for a bachelors degree (that can than lead to a visa or just better oppurtunities ) would have been ok for the older gen , an online bsc in computer science or maths/physics/engineering studying part time whilst working , yea its hard work but you will put your childeren in a great spot in the future

we need to lock in wallahi. alhamdulilah i see progress in my university there are a couple somalis and we are all doing stem. the other uni in my city has a ton of somali women who are studying nursing and business so things are shaping up. but there are some people in the diaspora who are loud because all they do is get in fucking trouble with the law and drop out for no reason

I remember when I asked a month or 2 ago if somalis would head back and 60% said no while 40% said yes. I don't think it's looking the same now. Europe and the west won't be happy around foreigners. Everyone should just go back. Being a second or first generation migrant isn't a flex. We claim Somalia but don't want to live and fix the country. Its only going to get worse. Heading back is the best option we have
Everybody in the West, should try to stack and learn some skills, not just educational, but physical labour skills. I would encourage Somalis to do night classes to learn how to do electrician, plumbing and other work. Not everybody is able to go back and invest a lot of money, so make sure you are employable no matter what.
Also, this is yet another reason for men to work hard on becoming the SOLE provider of the family. Of course, women should study and work, because anything can happen to a husband, but men should not marry a woman and going into it, expect half the bills paid.

Forget headscarves sxb, everyone's arsehole clenches up if someone wears a Palestine flag pin on their lanyard at work. All that tolerance & diversity shit goes out the window the moment Yids feel threatened in the slightest 
We should do a convict mentorship programme or roadman programme to help youths from misfortunate backgrounds get into the higher education system. I propose free tuition on higher education for motivated youths only. That way they don't manifest their alternate destinies and become self respecting adults.
