Yeah he speaks 3 of them just like he speaks the English language. The man brought together a mismatching vocabulary into his brief sentences. It clearly showed it was from memorization. He just came out of an English lesson on governmental talk class the day before with Professor Ahmed Samatar. The man was looking into the distance as he formulated the sentence from memory lane

In the same situation look at the Ethiopian PM. You see how his words flowing
