That’s how they’d all be. Governing, in their view is only about “forbidding evil” such as smoking and lashing someone caught eating during Ramadan. No need for economic activity, jobs, paved roads, sewage systems, electricity, clean drinking water etc. That’s where aid organizations will come in. And that’s when the citizens of the new Islamic state run to the west.
