my question is should Somalia do the same and keep xamar as the financial capital and move the administrative capital to a smaller city in the south

True Somalia is less populated but I was thinking a city like marka or baraawe maybe jowhar there are rumors HSM wants to move the capital as well so this isn’t far fetched idea

No huuno. These two countries u mention moved because of over population in their capital city. Somalia's population is not even close to theirs- not to mention- the number of Somalis dying of war, diseases puts a toll on the population growth
