Ear Blackheads Removal

How do I fix these shits. Anyone have experience removing these? I seen Chinese ad where they just put foam on them. So far I’ve been digging them with tweezers.

I think it needs to be cut a little cause I got the bigger ones out. Might have to a dermatologist though. Gotta remove some ear wax cause it hurts when I chew these days.
