it doesnt make sense, ethiopia and kenya are up to debt to their eyeballs with all that Riba. somalia should stay away Economically from countries who cannot be trusted with $5.

I agree. They already send their kids to schools in those countries, and invest a lot of money in their real estate sectors. I think this is just a way for them to continue to invest in those countries but with more protections now that they're apart of the EAC
