I only wish we inherited such a forward thinking people and placed our southies in Congo somewhere and we took Rwanda ppl to settle our south. Their targetting to increase their electricity coverage, Saudi knows 'infrastructure' is a money-maker as everyone will use it, so they gave them a loan.
While my region since 2009 untill today have been stuck in the 'wada hadal' hell with the SFG. 14 years lost on absolute 'no return' except a pathetic 'stalemate' While Rwanda reaches 100% coverage in 'clean treated water' access and 'electricity' by 2024 >>>> on the other hand PL is entering it's 40th 'wada hadal' with the SFG. Surely the political capital is vastly 'superior' in Rwanda.

Puntland attending more empty meetings since 2009 till now is futile. It doesn't help Mogadishu either as they can't complete any nation-recovery tasks. All sides lose in a stalemate.
Let PL 'step' outside the South as the SFG constitution allows it, lets allow the SFG room to focus on it's immediate region and urgent tasks. When the south has recovered, Only then should PL hold talks with them, till then, it's a total waste, will they only give up when they enter the 100th national conference with no outcome?
