My advice is to all Hartis, please pass it on to other Hartis and let the future look back at my advice and wonder why no-one Listened to Me. My advice is around Hartis slow pace investment into PL. Lots of them keep cash as an asset in accounts which lose value 3-5% a year thru sicir(inflation). If u compound this over 20 years, 5% x 20 years, they lost 100% value on any cash they stored. I remember when my father came to Australia, we came with a Isaaq Cidagale guy who was his Ambassador.
The guy refused to put his money into 'assets' like a property. They each had 150-200k in cash in 89. My dad put it towards a property and now it's worth 1 million. The Same Isaaq guy 100k today has lost all it's value due to 'sicirka'. Today wa garan karta 100k is not worth anything like it was in 89. This will happen to Hartis who keep their money in accounts in 20 years in the future, the same mistake of the Isaaq guy. War dalka ku laabta, do cooperation investment on real estate, businesses, warshad, xitaa bangiyo furta to begin loans to locals if you fear you have no ideas.
But please do not make the mistake of keeping money in an account, this is the worst outcome. Even Gaalo only keep their daily-monthly-yearly expenses in an account and move all their savings money into share portfolios not just keep it sitting there in accounts.
That's my final dardaran to Puntites. The current Puntites ama facayga will think I'm mad but may the future acknowledge that I was right and ahead of my time and peers(way ii fahmi weeyeen my time period).
